Wine Bank

HomeWine Bank

A unique reality in the world that aims to preserve and tell the story of the great wealth of the territories, soils and native vines of our peninsula.

Once the management center of the Savoy agricultural estates and the heart of agricultural-enological experiments, the Wine Bank is now a large wine shop and a museum where more than 100,000 bottles of wine are kept. The idea of returning the entire building to public use dates back to the late 1990s thanks to an initiative by the international association Slow Food. The aim of this project was to create the historical memory of Italian wine, selecting, storing and preserving the best Italian wines.

Visits and tastings

You can visit the Wine Bank, both individually and in groups, to walk freely through the historic wine cellars of Pollenzo and taste the wines stored and preserved on the premises. Visits are available from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We recommend that you consult the Wine Bank’s webpage for more information on opening hours and how to visit and take part in tastings.

Indoor group games, team building and daily activities

If you are looking for an indoor group game, a team building activity or a training course on the world of wine, the Wine Bank is the ideal place for it. In each of the activities you will have the opportunity to learn about wine in an unprecedented version: facilitator in mediations within a work organization.
