Ristorante Garden

Guided by a deep respect for the principles of the Slow Food philosophy, the Ristorante Garden reinterprets and tells the story of one of the most famous Italian regional cuisines in the world. Inspired by the richness of our territory, the commitment to protecting biodiversity and the extraordinary legacy of the Langa, our chefs carefully select Slow Food Presidiums and ingredients from the best local producers to create a menu that guarantees a sustainable and responsible food and wine experience. Every serving you taste reflects our commitment to protecting local biodiversity and our desire to share with you the taste of good, clean and fair food.

Innovation and quality

Sitting in the internal courtyard overlooking the large park of the Agenzia, Chef Riccardo Venturini proposes the cornerstones of the Langa tradition such as home-made tajarins, plin ravioli, veal with tuna sauce, or second courses made with Fassona meat, the Piedmontese Breed that is a Slow Food Presidium. There are also dishes with fish that is always very fresh and comes from Piedmontese fish farms. In combination with our menu you will find a selection of the great wines of the area: Arneis, the lesser-known Nascetta, Nebbiolo, Roero, Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Pelaverga and Dolcetto, and many other wines from the best producers selected by the Banca del Vino.

Open daily for lunch and dinner

From a romantic dinner to a business lunch, the Ristorante Garden is available for guests of the Albergo dell’Agenzia and Corte Albertina, as well as for those who wish to stop by for a short break. We welcome you every day for lunch, dinner and aperitifs both in the morning and in the afternoon.
