A GOOD, CLEAN AND FAIR MENU THAT VARIES ACCORDING TO THE SEASONS
Designed by Chef Riccardo Venturini, our menu is inspired by the seasons and Piedmontese gastronomic traditions to best tell you the story of the territory of the Langhe and Roero. As an accompaniment to our dishes, we have created a precious wine list in collaboration with the Banca del Vino, a large wine shop that can be visited in the internal courtyard of our accommodation complex.


The Presidiums are Slow Food projects that protect small-scale, high-quality food products to be safeguarded, made according to traditional practices.
